what is post modernism?

i am such a post-modernist. i don't like to classify art, and i hate it when people try to tell you what your opinion should be. i try not to be judgmental of people and i don't really like telling people they are wrong because i don't think that we should be so apt to criticizing people, though i'm sure i do it all the time. i think i have a wide perspective of things, and maybe that's not such a good thing, because i tend to be arrogant at times because i think i'm smarter than mos people.

i've thought a lot about the complexity of other people and how their personalities are so different from mine. Bastion is the closest person to my personality, but we are still extremely different. he tends to lose his temper more and i tend to bottle things up inside more so then i probably should. that's probably why i am more likely to be silent and just not say anything when someone tries to confront me. i just try and deal with it. they can tell me how wrong i am all day, and i'll just stand there and listen because i don't have anything to say to that. there is no point in arguing. no one wins an argument, both parties are left unhappy because each thinks that the other is wrong and can't see anything from their perspective.

these are the things in my heart

the smallest and weakest among us are born to do the impossible. they fight from the beginning for their very existence. they fight the hardest, learn the slowest, but endure the longest.

if you were born you have a purpose. the smallest things are the ones that make the biggest difference, without these, even the mountains would have nothing to stand on.

i was born for a purpose. i know my purpose, do not forget your own.

be proud of who you are, forget who you have been, become what you want to be.

summer updates

oh boy! here comes school all over again, hopefully it will be even better then this last year. yes last year is full of memories, but some of them fell better left forgotten.

this summer i have been kept pretty busy, starting with california and then trek, moab river rafting, hanging out with friends, it's been a pretty good last couple of weeks. been doing stuff all over the place, took some ballroom master classes at byu and then camp was the very next week. there was a party at april's house, that was cool to go to. we went to the pool, and everybody got in, even if they didn't really want to. nobobdy was actually in a swimsuit, but luckily i was in shorts at least!

this year in school i'll be taking the matc courses for getting my cna and emt. i'll still be doing ballroom and will be the warm up captain hahahah! (evil laugh!)

i'm heading up to to go to a hotel for the night with rhett and his fam. awesome!
